Since joining Barnum in 2005, Franco has been helping his clients plan for retirement with asset allocation strategies and various risk assessment tools. One of his specialties is protection planning for families and small businesses. Along with his partners, Franco educates thousands of employees every year in some of the biggest companies all over the country on financial literacy and planning.
Franco is also a Transition Solutions Specialist* within Barnum Financial Group. Aiming to expand financial wellness, the firm formed an alliance with MetLife’s award-winning financial programs. When employees experience a change in their group life insurance benefits, Franco assists with important, time-sensitive decisions regarding their coverage options. In addition, he provides comprehensive financial advice, such as when to begin taking social security and how to optimize retirement plan distributions. Franco specializes in working with families and individuals who are going through a financial transition and are seeking guidance.
Outside of the office, Franco enjoys coaching his son’s travel soccer team. He currently lives in Killingworth with his wife, Elysia, son, Marcello, and their 2 dogs.
